High and low temperature dechlorination agent
Product Description:
Dechlorination agent is made up of calcification and other basic metals as the main active components and special additives. The agent can be used in the oil and hydrogen reforming section (to ensure the normal operation of the reforming and follow-up units), the refined dehydrochlorination of synthetic ammonia, methanol, methanation and other production processes in coal chemical industry, and the refined dehydrochlorination of gaseous hydrocarbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, semi water gas, coke oven gas, decarbonized gas and other gases, with a wide range of applications. According to the different application temperature, the dechlorination agent is usually divided into two kinds: normal temperature dechlorination agent and high temperature dechlorination agent.
Principle of dechlorination:
CL and other inorganic acid chloride ions in feed gas react with metal oxides in dechlorination agent to form stable chloride and remain in catalyst micropore. Chemical reaction equation is as follows:
XO+2HCl=XCl2+H2O
At the same time, under the catalysis of composite metal oxides, sulfides such as H2S can react with metal oxides to form metal sulfides and deposit in the micropores of the catalyst, so as to achieve the purpose of dechlorination and sulfur removal.
