506HL type deoxygenation catalyst


The catalyst is a deoxygenation catalyst made of precious metal supported on activated alumina. It is mainly used for deoxygenation in hydrogen, and is also used for hydrogenation and deoxygenation of inert gases such as nitrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and argon.
Conditions of use and technical parameters
1. High-diameter ratio of catalytic reactor: ≥3;
2. Operating temperature: room temperature (better temperature rise);
3. Use airspeed: (5000 ~ 10000) hr-1;
4. Oxygen content of gas source: ≤2%;
5. Gas residual oxygen content after purification: ≤0.5ppm;
6. Appearance shape: black ball shape φ (2 ~ 6) mm;
7. Heap specific gravity: 0.7 ± 0.1 g / ml;
8. Mechanical strength: ≥80N / grain;
9. Service life: ≥ three years;
Usage and precautions
1. The 506HL type catalyst was evenly added to the reactor, and the air in the system was purged with nitrogen;
2. After passing the gas to be purified, it can be put into use;
3. After using for a certain period of time, once the deoxidation effect of this catalyst decreases or becomes invalid after being immersed in water, it can be heated to about 200 ℃ for regeneration
4. The operating temperature cannot exceed 400 ℃;
5. The catalyst should avoid contact with chlorides, sulfides, etc. to prevent poisoning failure.
