506HT type deoxygenation catalyst

The catalyst is a precious metal (palladium) -semiconductor system, which is a new type of high-efficiency deoxygenation catalyst developed and produced through a special process. It is mainly used for deoxygenation in hydrogen, and also for hydrogenation and deoxygenation of inert gases such as nitrogen, argon, helium, and carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide.

2. Operating temperature: room temperature (better temperature rise);
3. Use airspeed: (5000 ～ 10000) hr-1;
4. Oxygen content of gas source: ≤4%;
5. Gas residual oxygen content after purification: ≤0.5ppm;
6. Appearance shape: gray cylinder φ (2 ～ 5) mm;
7. Pile specific gravity: 1.1 ± 0.1g / ml;
8. Working pressure: ≤27MPa;
9. Mechanical strength: 96N / grain;
10. Service life: ≥ three years;
