Brief introduction of product performance and technical characteristics:
CRSC catalyst is a catalyst developed based on the silicon-rich matrix technology platform to reduce the yield of oil slurry and coke. The silicon-rich substrate can optimize the pore structure, activity and anti-metal pollution performance of the substrate by adjusting the composition and preparation process of the substrate to meet the requirements of different processing raw materials and product targets. In addition, through the application of molecular sieve extraction of aluminum and silicon technology, channel cleaning technology, optimization of rare earth exchange degree and intracrystalline position technology, the catalyst has high thermal stability, hydrothermal stability and excellent selectivity.
CRSC catalyst is suitable for processing inferior heavy oil with low saturated hydrocarbon content and high metal content. It has the characteristics of strong heavy oil cracking ability, high total liquid yield, low oil slurry and coke yield, and strong resistance to metal pollution.
