Brief introduction of product performance and technical characteristics:
The FHRS series catalyst is a hydrogenation silicon trapping agent developed by Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute to meet the needs of coking naphtha hydrorefining. It has the characteristics of high activity and strong silicon capacity. Industrial application results show that this series of catalysts can lower the reactor inlet temperature, reduce spontaneous coking of feed oil, reduce catalyst coking, and effectively extend the operation cycle of the device.
The silicon capacity of FHRS series catalysts is 4 times that of refined catalysts. When combined with the main catalyst to treat coked naphtha with higher silicon content, the operating cycle is 2 to 3 times that of the refined catalyst alone.
