Overview of product property and technical characteristics

FC-46 is a new generation hydrocracking catalyst to produce more chemical feed. It is prepared through UDRM, a new catalyst preparation technology, which can provide the catalyst with better dispersion of active components, more reasonable distribution between hydrogenation center and hydrocracking center, and enhanced hydrogenation function and hydrocracking activity. FC-46 catalyst prepared by UDRM technology has high cracking activity, high hydrogenation activity, and good cracking selectivity for cyclic hydrocarbons, and can produce more heavy naphtha with high aromatic potential and more unconverted oil with low BMCI, a premium feedstock for producing ethylene through steam cracking. It can also produce quality 3# jet fuel and blending components for Euro V cleaning diesel at the same time.
