Dehydrogenation catalyst of 1 4- butanediol to gamma-butyrolactone
The catalyst is Cu/Zn/Cr/ rare earth catalyst, which is specially used for dehydrogenatio1,4- butanediol to produceγ-butyrolactone . The 1,4- butanediol conversion rate is ≥99.5%.The average selectivity ofγ-butyrolactone is ≥98.5%, which is 0.5 ~ 1% higher than the existing industrial catalyst.
Through the accelerated deactivation test in the laboratory, it is estimated that the catalyst can be normally used for more than 10,000 hours in a single cycle. Therefore, the catalyst has a long service life and is not necessary regeneration repeatedly, which not only saves water, electricity and labor costs, but also ensures the stability and normal production of downstream associated devices, thus it has high comprehensive economic benefits.
