Zinc oxide desulfurizer for hydrogen sulfide removal
Usage and Features
The feed gas can be natural gas, petroleum gas, light oil gas, synthetic gas, coal gas, semi-water gas and other various gases. Usage of type DS2 zinc oxide desulfurizer at a low temperature can guarantee high purity of gases containing large amount of inorganic sulfur(1-2 g/m3) and small simple organic sulfur(such as COS,CS2). It’s suitable to remove hydrogen sulfide both at high(350-450C and low temperatures(30-350C), while it’s better for high temperature.
Zinc oxide desulfurizer can also be used as a protective agent for synthesizing carbinol, hypoallergenic and methanation catalyst.

CS2+4H2=2H2S+CH4
COS+H2=H2S+CO
COS+ZnO=ZnS+CO2
Package:25 kgs woven bag, or plastic bucket
Proposed Application Direction:
Temperature: 30~450C, renewable material
Pressure: normal pressure to 0.1-4.0 Mpa
H2S content of air inflow:3000 ppm
H2S content of air outflow:20 ppm
Humidity: relative humidity 20~100%, water content in bed is strictly prohibited
Bed layer height and tower diameter ratio: ≥2
