MLC-500 Catalyst has the features of strong heavy oil cracking capability, good hydrothermal stability, strong heavy metal tolerance, high activity reservation degree, and good mechanical strength, etc. It matches with related process to improve the yield of LCO, and has the apparent effect on raising the LCO to gasoline ratio. The catalyst can improve the surface cracking ability of big and middle pores, and control the cracking ability of small pores. Through improving matrix heavy oil conversion activity and selectivity, the heavy oil cracking capability is enhanced. The ultra stable Y type molecular sieve is used and the acidity is modulated so that the catalyst has the characteristics of macromolecular cracking and controlled intermediate distillate cracking. The MLC-500 Catalyst can be used through staged selective cracking feeding process to improve the product quality and increase the gasoline octane number.
