Brief introduction of product performance and technical characteristics:
CARC catalyst is a special catalyst designed for the complete process of direct catalytic cracking and deacidification of high acid crude oil. It is especially suitable for processing various heavy oil cracking units with high acid and high metal content feeds. The agent adopts the newly developed matrix preparation technology to increase the pore volume of the matrix and the pore volume of the catalyst, promote the pre-cracking of macromolecular hydrocarbons in high-acid inferior crude oil, and use the pores of the matrix to enrich heavy metals to ensure the availability of catalyst active centers. Proximity, thereby enhancing the ability of the catalyst to crack macromolecules, catalyze deacidification and load heavy metals.
The catalyst has the characteristics of high activity stability, strong heavy oil conversion ability, good coke selectivity and excellent resistance to heavy metal pollution.
