Brief introduction of product performance and technical characteristics:
The main active component of CHZ-4 catalyst is a new generation of ultra-stable SRY molecular sieve prepared by "hydrothermal + chemical method" extraction of aluminum and silicon. SRY molecular sieve is compatible with the advantages of molecular sieves prepared by hydrothermal and chemical methods. It has excellent thermal and hydrothermal stability, more secondary pores, and strong heavy oil cracking ability; molecular sieve has less non-framework aluminum, unobstructed pores, and maximum The non-selective cracking reaction is reduced to a limit, and the coke selectivity is good.
The CHZ-4 catalyst uses fine particles, large surface area, and high activity kaolin as a carrier. The blending of activated alumina further enhances the conversion capacity of heavy oil.
