CDC catalyst is a brand-new "Chemically Designed Catalyst" catalyst. This catalyst achieves "gradient pore distribution, gradient acid center", so that heavy oil macromolecules have good accessibility to active centers and excellent desorption/diffusion capabilities. The CDC catalyst has excellent activity stability, deep heavy oil conversion capacity and good hydrogen transfer activity. The coke yield is reduced while the heavy oil conversion capacity is improved. By adjusting the formula, the CDC catalyst can increase the propylene yield and is a FCC catalyst with better comprehensive performance that can meet the needs of the refinery in many aspects.
