RGD-1 Fluid Catalytic Cracking Catalyst,
MGD Process Fluid Catalytic Cracking Catalyst,
Fcc Catalyst Mgd
Brief introduction of product performance and technical characteristics:
The MGD process is a process technology developed by the Research Institute of Petrochemical Sciences that uses heavy oil as raw material and uses FCC process equipment to produce more liquefied gas and diesel and significantly reduce the olefin content of gasoline. RGD-1 catalyst is a special catalyst for MGD process. It has good heavy oil macromolecule cracking ability, can selectively inhibit the recracking of middle distillate, and enhance the secondary cracking of gasoline distillate, so as to increase the diesel yield of catalytic cracking unit while also increasing Liquefied gas production rate. The RGD-1 catalyst appropriately improves the hydrogen transfer reaction and reduces the olefin content in gasoline by adjusting the density and strength of the active centers of the molecular sieve; through the modification of kaolin, the large pores of >100Å and the small pores of <5Å are increased, so that The carrier has a good pore distribution gradient. The medium and low acid macropores provide the cracking of macromolecular hydrocarbons, inhibit the secondary cracking of the middle distillate, and reduce coke formation. The medium strong acid pores can further crack the gasoline into liquefied gas; The introduction of metal components in the center can better adjust the acid strength, increase the cracking depth of gasoline into liquefied gas, and at the same time, increase the hydrogen transfer ability, which is beneficial to reduce the content of olefins in gasoline; the application of modified shape-selective molecular sieves has It is beneficial to increase the yield of liquefied gas and increase the octane number of gasoline.
