The DVR series catalyst is a supporting catalyst for the catalytic cracking process (VRFCC process technology) of Daqing total vacuum residue as the raw material. The agent has strong heavy oil macromolecule cracking ability, high cracking activity, good coke selectivity, and good resistance to heavy metal pollution. By modifying the ultra-stable molecular sieve, we pay attention to the development of the large and medium pores of the ultra-stable molecular sieve to make it suitable for the cracking reaction of heavy oil macromolecules. The support is modified by the activation technology, which improves the acid distribution and pore distribution of the support, and effectively improves the cracking ability of the support to the residual oil macromolecules.

The use of additive technology improves the catalyst's anti-heavy metal (especially anti-Ni) pollution performance.

Through production process optimization and post-modification treatment, the activity stability of the catalyst is improved. For most of the existing domestic cracking units, the use of DVR series catalysts can be used to blend various residual oils in a large proportion without the need for dynamic modification.
