Brief introduction of product performance and technical characteristics:
RFS09 sulfur transfer aid is a catalytic cracking aid developed based on a variety of technology platforms to efficiently reduce the sulfide content in the regenerated flue gas. This aid has the following characteristics:
Good sulfur trapping performance, can catalyze and oxidize SO2 under high temperature regeneration conditions and form a more stable metal sulfate
Good reduction and regeneration performance. Under the action of the reducing atmosphere of the reactor and the steam stripping, the captured sulfur is released as much as possible to restore the sulfur-trapping activity of the SO2 transfer agent.
The abrasion resistance and fluidization properties matched with the cracking catalyst do not have obvious negative effects on the activity, selectivity and product properties of the cracking catalyst.
When 2% RFS09 sulfur transfer agent is added, the SOx removal rate in the flue gas can reach more than 70%.
