Brief introduction of product performance and technical characteristics:
MP051 additives use mesoporous molecular sieves with MFI structure. Phosphorus and special active components are loaded into the mesoporous molecular sieve for acid adjustment to increase cracking activity. While maintaining the excellent hydrothermal activity stability of the molecular sieve, it can moderately strengthen small molecules. The dehydrogenation ability of alkanes achieves the purpose of increasing the concentration of propylene; through the shape-selective effect of the molecular sieve channels, the further cracking of macromolecules in gasoline components is restricted and the loss of light oil is reduced.
Industrial application results show that when the MP051 propylene additive is added at 4%, the propylene yield (for catalytic raw materials) can increase by more than one percentage point.
