Applications
Used in steam reforming process of hydrocarbons to produce hydrogen, am monia synthesis gas, meth anol synthesis gas, oxo- synthesis gas, carbon mono xide etc..
Suitable for hydrocarbon feedstock, such as light hydrocarbons, refinery off-gas, nat ural gas etc., which can be used alone or in combination.
Suitable for various types of tubular reformers with top-fired, side-fired, bottom-fired firebox or other configurations such as heat exchanger etc., KLZ301 should be loaded in the upper section of the reformer tubes, while KL Z302 loaded in the lower part.

Features
Excellent hydrocarbon steam reforming activity, anti-carbon performance and structure stability
The catalyst shape of 4-hole cylinder with dome provides it with large external geometric surface area, higher porosity, lower pressure drop, and better gas flow distribution etc..
Versatile catalyst options for various hydrocarbon feedstock such as light hydrocarbon, refinery gas or natural g as used alone or in combination. Switching or dosage adjustment of feeds does not affect the normal use of catalyst.
Excellent reducibility: through self-circulation reduction, natural g as feedstock can be directly introduced into the reformer without extra activation in advance.
Excellent anti-poisoning and regeneration properties: can be self-renewal by optimizing operation conditions when slightly
poisoned by sulfur or chlorin e, while in-situ regeneration can be performed when poisoned seriously.
Suitable for steam reforming process with or without pre-reformer, even for pre-reformer switching on/off cases.
