Z417 is a steam reforming catalyst with metal nickel as active component, potash as additive for resistance to carbon deposition. It was awarded the National Prize for Science and Technology Advances. Its performances stand at the international advanced level, and it’s in the leading position in the domestic industry. ■ Excellent activities and stability for reforming of higher hydrocarbons. ■ Without carbon deposition during normal operation by using potash as additive. ■ Proprietary techniques for potassium stabilization, ensure the catalyst a long service life by decreasing potassium loss rate. ■ Honeycomb structure design, with big effective surface area and high macro-activity of the catalyst, and low bed pressure drop. ■ Excellent performances of reduction and regeneration in the reformer after slightly poisoned or carbon deposited ■ Suitable for a wide range of feedstock, such as naphtha with FBP less than 180℃, LPG, refinery off-gases, natural gas etc., solely or theirs mixture. |

Suitable for the production of hydrogen, ammonia syngas and methanol syngas by using naphtha, LPG, refinery gas and natural gas solely or theirs mixture as feedstock. The catalyst should be loaded in the upper section of the reformer tubes. ■ Temperature: 450~800℃ ■ Pressure: Atmospheric~6.0MPa ■ Steam/Carbon ratio: >2.7 ■ Carbon space velocity: 500~2000h-1 |
