Hydrocarbons Steam Reforming Catalyst Z418
Characters | ||||||||||||||||
Z418 is a hydrocarbon steam reforming catalyst with nickel as active component, presintered aluminate calcium as carrier. It was awarded the National Prize for Science and Technology Advances. Its performances stand at the international advanced level, and it’s in the leading position in the domestic industry. ■ Excellent activities and stability, especially high activity at high temperature. ■ High mechanical strength and stability due to the presintered carrier. ■ Ability to capture the potash losing from the upper bed catalysts. ■ Honeycomb structure design ,with big effective surface area and high macro-activity of the catalyst, and low bed pressure drop. ■ Excellent properties of reduction and regeneration in reformer after slightly poisoned or carbon deposited. ■ Use in combination with upper section catalyst, suitable for a wide range of feedstocks . |

Applications and operating conditions
Suitable for the production of hydrogen, ammonia syngas and methanol syngas by using naphtha, LPG, refinery off-gas and natural gas as feedstock. The catalyst should be loaded in the lower section of the reformer tubes, combined with other suitable upper section catalyst. ■ Temperature: 600~950℃ ■ Pressure: Atmospheric~6.0MPa ■ Steam/carbon ratio: >2.7 ■ Carbon space velocity: 500~2000h-1 |
